Cue Light System

(PIC)

This is a 12 channel Stage Management cue lighting control system. It features 12 switches and a master switch. This box is used to give visual "Go!" commands to crew members that are not on headset, or if headset traffic is too dense to give a delicately timed cue. I was given the project with simple guidelines, it needs to have 12 channels of control, with toggle  switches. Also, integrating color changing LEDS would be a visual feedback for the stage manager to make sure they were controlling the correct light.

I decided the best method of control was to go with a simple 12volt relay control system, utilizing standard ethernet connectors for the interconnection.

This is the breakout box for the cue light system, it has 6 channels of output with a rating of 250w/Channel. It is a fuse protected relay control system.
